In the daily process of communicating with our clients and business colleagues we often use email. However, people forget to include the name of their business and contact information. It’s important to remember to include the various points of contact to make it as easy as possible for your clients to contact you.
I can’t count how many times I’ve received emails with no “Signature Line” included. When I need to reach them by phone or mail them something, I have to go through several more steps to find the information.

You can set up a signature line on your Apple desktop and smart device by launching your email software program, go to “Preferences”, then select “Signature”. In addition to your company name and contact information, you can add links to your company’s website and social media accounts as well.
