Labor Day Lift Off is back! For more than 40 years, the Lift-Off has made Labor Day Weekend the most colorful weekend of the year in Colorado Springs. Whether you’re up early for the morning balloon launches or come a little later for the vendors and live music, there’s no wrong way to celebrate!

Commonwheel Art Festival

Commonwheel Artists Co-Op’s 51st Annual Labor Day Weekend Art Festival in Manitou Springs is always filled with art and music. Enjoy this celebration of original fine art and contemporary crafts, talented local musicians and specialty food items.

Labor Day Vintage Baseball

Date: Sept. 1, 2025
Time: Historic sites open from 10am - 3pm. First pitch at 1pm.
Location: Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site
Cost: $4-8

The highlight of Labor Day at Rock Ledge Ranch is the annual vintage 1880s style base ball match! The Camp Creek Cloud Busters (your RLR home team) and members from the Vintage Base Ball Association will play. The Cloud Busters are no “farm team,” but need your support to cheer them on to victory!
